Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds will only be allowed if the item in question is returned fully, clean, and unused for any reason. If the item has been broken in transit, and can be proven it was destroyed in transit (i.e. a necklace has been crushed or stretched, a bath bomb has melted or dissolved in packaging, a candle container has been cracked or shattered, etc.), a full refund will be issued for that item. A refund can also be issued if the item was not to the customers liking but will need to be shipped back at the customers earliest convenience in the state that it was shipped in without any wear or tear or use. It is up to the customer to pay for shipping of the item to be returned. After the item is returned, only then will the refund be sent to the customer.
